I have two questions according to a specific difference between ACI 318M-08 to ACI 318M-11:

1. On ACI 318M-08 article D.3.3.3 appears strength reduction factor which is related with tension and shear.

In ACI 318M-11 I didn't find the strength reduction factor related to shear.

2. Also on ACI 318M-08 appears article D.3.3.6 in which there is an permission to take the design strength of the anchors as 0.4 times the design strength determined in accordance with D.3.3.6. Where can I find on ACI 318M-11 something related to D.3.3.6

** From my understanding in question no 1 on the ACI 318M-11 there is no need for tacking an 0.75 additional factor for shear and in question no 2 there is no need for tacking an additional 0.4 factor for tension and shear.
